Job Summary

The Data Entry Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in the Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, as well as updating cost changes and resolving price change related issues. As the liaison between merchants and stores, you will provide exceptional support and ensure seamless communication. Your expertise in data entry, validation, and analysis will be essential in driving business growth and optimizing our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Understand data and spot price change discrepancies, taking initiative to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Comprehend complex promotional price changes and their impact on the system, making adjustments as needed
  • Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity
  • Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, adhering to tight deadlines and priorities
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Manage and review weekly price change reports, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement
  • Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, providing exceptional support to the business divisions
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to your work

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline
  • 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, analysis, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of ecommerce and retail systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with merchants, stores, and other business divisions
  • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, or similar software and technologies
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to create and present insights to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and retail operations, including pricing, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
