As a key member of our product planning organization, you'll work closely with product owners, designers, and development teams to design and deliver next-generation digital experiences for our capital markets business. Your expertise in product planning, data engineering, and client research will help us create seamless and intuitive experiences that meet the needs of our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with peers, product owners, management, and partners to prioritize and plan work based on client needs and business goals * Develop and communicate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and designs based on a combination of business drivers, product requirements, client needs, and technical considerations * Ensure successful project delivery and demonstrate results to stakeholders * Provide product feasibility, assessment, and support to product development teams * Foster relationships with partners, gather feedback, and effectively share design methodologies * Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, managers, and executives to resolve issues and achieve objectives * Guide teams to be more client-driven and creative to deliver exceptional new experiences * Work closely with product and technology peers, and other key partners * Contribute to the development of design standards and guidelines * Champion design integrity through adherence to processes and established best practices * Identify and evaluate industry trends and their impact on the organization's product design direction * Participate in the development of the design community within and beyond arenaflex **Required Capabilities** * 3+ years of experience in online and digital product design, data sciences, visual, and user experience design, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education * Strong UX and visual design skills and proficiency in standard design tools, specifically Figma * Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to convey design solutions to a wide range of stakeholders * Knowledge of various data visualization tools, dashboard design, and complex conditional design * Comfort with ambiguity and ability to independently shape and drive work * Experience designing successfully within a standards-driven, agile design environment * Experience working with digital design tools, contributing to style guides, and delivering digital assets for development teams * Must be meticulous, efficient, able to manage multiple projects, and prioritize multiple tasks * Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills * Must have an up-to-date online portfolio and CV/resume **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience working with cloud-based design tools and agile development methodologies * Familiarity with design systems, design thinking, and human-centered design principles * Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and A/B testing methodologies * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive design solutions * Strong presentation and public speaking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **About arenaflex Company and its Benefits** arenaflex is a leading financial services company that offers a wide range of financial products and services to individuals, businesses, and corporate customers.
