Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Analyst to join our team, working remotely from Alaska, USA. As a Data Entry Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Digital Technology group, which spans the globe and is composed of diverse individuals working together with cutting-edge technologies to build the best airlines in the history of aviation. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, as well as providing support for our data protection and privacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide support for data protection and privacy initiatives, including ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders
• Work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, handling multiple tasks concurrently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field
• Understanding of Data Protection & Privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, handling multiple tasks concurrently
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• CISA certification
• Security+ certification
• Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
• Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
• Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key management principles
