Job Overview

- Process changes to policies, follow up with companies to ensure timely processing, and review policy information to assist insured in filing claims
- Recognize cross-sell opportunities and obtain quote information to drive business growth
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 3 years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment. A Property and Casualty insurance license is required, while a Membership license is preferred or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
