Job Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spring Intern to join our team. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while supporting our accounting team with their data entry and filing needs. This position will give you an insight into the sports and entertainment industry and provide valuable skills for your career development. The spring internship runs until April 1st, 2025, and is available for college credit only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the tax team in organizing and entering tax form data into our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry.
  • File and maintain hard copies and electronic copies of tax forms, adhering to confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive tax information.
  • Communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of data entry, addressing and resolving any data discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive tax information, upholding the highest standards of data integrity and compliance.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
