The Role: Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote)

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all over the world and providing them with an exceptional support experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your role will involve addressing a wide range of customer inquiries, from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. You will use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to resolve their issues efficiently.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services
  • Utilize various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with customer service software and technology

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
