Key Responsibilities
• Support compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain clean, accurate, and audit-ready HR documentation

Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Exposure to U.S. labor unions or unionized environments (preferable)
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment law fundamentals (preferable)
• Analytical mindset with interest in data and systems improvements
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion
