Small law firm seeks a corporate associate or counsel. Full-time temp to perm M&A attorney, partnership-track potential.
Firm is busy, so they'd also consider a part-time attorney on an immediate contract basis.
Varied work, largely consisting of mid market ($5 million to $50 million) business sales and acquisitions.
