**About the Job**
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be a vital partner to our outreach team, supporting job-specific guarantee enablement, process education, leader sales skill development, and a robust fresh recruit training program. This role will be heavily involved in supporting and enhancing onboarding in a remote setting, as well as collaborating with other team members to help the arenaflex team in expertise-based training and GTM/item and framework-based updates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate with partners to uncover training and enablement needs across sales skills and internal processes and develop comprehensive solutions that are executed through various mediums, including content creation, instructor-led live training, LMS courses, work aids, playbook development, teaching meetings, and more.
* Regularly analyze projects to determine effectiveness, gather feedback, and lean into advancements and changes throughout.
* Collaborate with the training team to ensure a seamless transition from sales fresh recruit training to a continued onboarding experience for the arenaflex sales team.
* Supplement the current fresh recruit training program with additional software – 1:1 rep training, administrator support, available time, and more.
* Be the face of arenaflex for all agents across our SMB Stage Salespeople.
* Approach every opportunity for knowledge transfer as a chance to upskill, persuade, and establish positive change across the business.
* Utilize strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building in live, recorded, and web-based training materials.
* Develop a deep understanding of how arenaflex's processes, frameworks, and assets work.
* Work in lock-step with other training prompts to share information and upskill.
* Bring innovative ideas to the team and lift the current range of skills based on your experience and interests within the learning space.

**About the Team**
The Client Platform Engineering team is responsible for endpoint management, the administration and automation of macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and VDI. Additional responsibilities include the zero-contact onboarding stream for fresh recruits, operating system/external software fixing, and level three accelerations from service desk.
**We're Looking for a Client Platform Specialist**
We are seeking a Client Platform Specialist who values accountability and responsibility for the administration of Windows endpoints, ChromeOS, and Virtual Desktop arrangements. Our growing environment is predominantly macOS and ChromeOS with plans to expand our Windows and VDI fleet. You will report into the IT Foundation Engineering Manager in the Corporate Framework team in our Global IT organization.

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Experience regulating an Enterprise MDM framework (ideally Windows on Microsoft Intune) and a VDI environment.
* 3+ years of experience managing the following tools for Windows support: Intune, Entra ID/Purple Promotion, M365, Autopilot, etc.
* Knowledge in CI/CD for client engineering cycles and tools.
* 3+ years of experience in at least one of the following programming languages (yet not limited to: PowerShell, Python, Ruby, GoLang).
* Experience working in a Lithe environment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
* Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 security features.
* Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment and management.
**Compensation and Benefits**
The area-specific base compensation range for this position is listed below. Compensation in different geographies may vary.
Actual pay within the compensation range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For jobs that are available to be filled remotely, base compensation is capped by employee work location. Please discuss your planned work location with your recruiter for more information.
