**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues with precision and competence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and poise
* Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction and build trust
* Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools
* Managing complaints, providing solutions and options, and following up to secure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in a similar industry)
* Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
* Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
* Experience with iOS and MacOS
* Ability to work nights and some weekends (with flexible scheduling options)
* Availability to work 8am – 6pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays, or 8am – 4pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays
