As an Experienced Full Stack Product Launch Customer Solution Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our product launch efforts, working closely with our engineering and product development teams to bring new automation solutions to life. You'll be responsible for planning and executing the end-to-end launch and field testing of new technologies, including on-site integration testing and system performance ramp. We're committed to delivering Earth's most customer-centric experiences, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Product Launch Customer Solution Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Developing and documenting product launch strategy for new technologies, working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Owning the end-to-end product launch plan and tracking deliverables, milestones, and risks from the cross-functional launch team * Holding regular launch readiness meetings with program stakeholders, executive management, and coordinating stakeholder collaboration for these meetings * Owning and executing communication plans * Coordinating arenaflex Robotics staff onsite during the initial product launch and testing, including full-time and contracted team members * Establishing and continuously managing partnerships with operations leadership at our test sites * Identifying requirements and capturing "voice of the customer" product/service feedback to influence product design and development priorities * Coaching site leaders on arenaflex Robotics best practices and robotics systems and tools * Traveling up to 35% of the time to arenaflex Fulfillment and Transportation Centers **Requirements** * 3+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience * 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience * Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent * Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams * PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification * Experience in customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies * Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion **What We Offer** * Competitive base pay ranging from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market * Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package * Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits * Opportunity to work with a talented team of innovators who are passionate about customer-centric solutions * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career **Why arenaflex Robotics?** * We're a company that values diversity and inclusion, and we're committed to creating a workplace that's welcoming and inclusive for all employees * We're a total compensation company, offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, financial, and other benefits * We're a company that's committed to delivering Earth's most customer-centric experiences, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction * We're a team of innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible with robotics and software **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who is passionate about customer-centric solutions and has a knack for leading cross-functional teams, we want to hear from you.
