**Experienced Senior GL Bookkeeper – Remote Data Entry Position at arenaflex**

**Job Summary:** arenaflex is seeking an experienced Senior GL Bookkeeper to join our remote data entry team. As a key member of our accounting group, you will work closely with other GL bookkeeping staff to drive process improvements and ensure accurate financial reporting. We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization that is committed to innovation, learning, and excellence. **About the Job:** As a Senior GL Bookkeeper at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Planning and preparing journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger * Leading the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities for assigned functional areas * Ensuring financial records are maintained for management and GAAP combined financial statements using accepted methodologies * Assisting with providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys * Communicating with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders on significant accounting matters * Conducting special investigations and projects to further our cycle improvement initiatives **You're the Perfect Fit If:** * You are self-motivated and independent, able to think creatively and entrepreneurially * You have a "make it happen" attitude, able to handle pressure well and are modest and resilient * You have sharp business acumen and process-oriented thinking * You are data-driven and unafraid to dig deep for truth and accuracy * You have excellent communication, oral, and written skills, with strong proficiency in English * You have strong analytical and time management skills * You have 2+ years of relevant accounting experience * You have a strong understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls * You have experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite, or similar software **Why You'll Love Working at arenaflex:** * We are pioneers – We believe that authority is not limited to our management team.
