**Job Summary**
As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician in our CarePlus/Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry, and collaborating with our team to resolve complex patient issues. **Responsibilities**
* Route questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing
* Make outbound calls and send faxes to physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes
* Work in a high-production environment, multitasking between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to resolve complex patient issues and ensure seamless care transitions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to regulatory requirements and arenaflex's quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
* Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Specialty pharmacy experience
* Call center experience
* Prescription adjudication experience, with the ability to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
* Minimum: $17.00
* Maximum: $27.90
