About the Role: Customer Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
- Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and offer solutions in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the highest standards of service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our Shopify platform, utilizing NetSuite for managing order data, customer information, and inventory management.
- Correspond with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, ensuring positive customer experiences and identifying areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips and recommendations.
- Work closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
