Key Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative and Community Associate will serve as the primary liaison between arenaflex and the community, providing exceptional customer service and support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for community members seeking information about summonses, scheduling hearings, and paying fines.
  • Responding to community inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:
