Remote Outpatient Auditor COC, CCS
A company is looking for a Medical Facility Outpatient Auditor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct clinical coding audits and ensure adherence to operational guidelines
• Coordinate coder onboarding and manage quality performance for assigned clients
• Provide educational feedback and instruction to coding staff based on audit findings
Required Qualifications
• RHIA, COC, RHIT, or CCS certification
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in auditing outpatient facility claims
• Advanced knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding, and CMS billing policies
• Broad-based audit experience with inpatient and outpatient coding
• Experience with multiple encoders and systems
