About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Customer Support Agent to join our team, working with a leading legal services provider that offers its customers unparalleled access to legal counsel without the burden of high hourly costs. As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for potential and current customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service that embodies the arenaflex commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer service, ensuring a consistently great customer experience that aligns with arenaflex's high standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, services offered, and other issues in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Utilize intermediate to advanced computer skills to navigate customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools essential to the role.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer and client information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service delivery.

Shift Options

We offer a variety of shift options to accommodate different schedules and preferences:

  • Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday to Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
  • Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday and Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am, and Friday to Sunday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
  • Part-Time Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 and the ability to hardwire to an internet source with an ethernet cable.
  • A strong commitment to respecting and maintaining customer and client confidentiality.
  • A background check will be required as part of the hiring process.

Required Equipment

To perform the duties of this role, you will need:

  • A laptop or desktop PC (excluding Apple products, Surface, and Chromebook) with Windows 10.
  • A USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone.
  • A webcam (either external or embedded).
