[Remote] V104- Legal Intake and CRM Specialist

They are seeking a motivated Legal Intake and CRM Specialist to support a fast-paced personal injury law practice, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients and managing the intake process with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
• Make daily outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients
• Handle after-hours intake and escalate critical cases to attorneys
• Act as backup for reception by answering incoming calls
• Keep CRM/Smart Advocate updated with all notes and critical comments
• Screen cases based on qualification criteria (injury type, third-party involvement, etc.)
• Manage the CRM and maintain accurate client records
• Guide potential clients through the intake process
• Send and confirm fee agreements for all qualified leads
• Respond to all new leads within 30 minutes (calls, web forms, and referrals)
Skills
• 2-3 years of experience working as an Intake Specialist
• Expected call volume: 45 calls per day
• CRM: Smart Advocate
• Previous experience in a personal injury law firm, or a strong understanding of personal injury terms
