Remote Data Analyst (0-3 Years of Experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable business insights and recommendations. Design and develop internal data dashboards using Excel for data visualization and reporting purposes. Create algorithms to extract meaningful information from raw data and develop automated processes for data validation and large-scale analysis. Prepare reports and metrics to support stakeholders in decision-making and communicate findings effectively through presentations and data visualizations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Basic understanding of SQL for querying databases. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
