Our culture is built on a shared dedication to our values, and we're proud to offer a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and attention to detail. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, and you can expect to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts.
