Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Assist customers with prescription status, billing questions, insurance verification, order tracking, and account-related issues, providing accurate and helpful information to address their concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate departments and ensuring seamless follow-up and resolution.
  • Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain current knowledge of blithequark products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support to customers, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and initiatives in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes and enhance the customer experience, contributing to the development of best practices and process improvements that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, consistently striving for excellence and demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple systems and using customer support software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

Working Hours and Environment

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
