Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
  • Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
