**Key Responsibilities**
As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer experiences through empathetic and personalized interactions
* Building rapport with callers from diverse backgrounds and navigating complex customer interactions to resolution
* Gathering relevant information and presenting potentially complex solutions in a clear and concise manner

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
