We're a company that's always on the move, always innovating, and always striving to be better. **Job Summary** As a Process Associate – Quality Assurance and Improvement, you'll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You'll work closely with our business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to identify emerging process performance trends and implement process/system improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency * Suggest and implement process/system improvements to drive operational excellence * Identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them * Interact with business, automation & technology teams to drive operational and system improvements * Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements * Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials * Conduct regular process reviews and provide recommendations for improvement **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance) * Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Strong organizational and time management skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a quality assurance or process improvement role * Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean principles * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) * Certification in quality assurance or process improvement (e.g., CQA, CQE) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications * Knowledge of quality assurance and process improvement principles and tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
