**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative for blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly, ensuring that every customer receives accurate and timely information.
* Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding our services and general inquiries, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of our business.
* Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
* Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed.
* Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members.
* Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, even in the most challenging situations.
* Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with the ability to adapt to new technology and systems.
* The ability to manage time effectively and work independently, with minimal supervision.
* Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus, but not required.
**Work Environment**
As a remote position, you will need to be available during the designated on-call hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST on the scheduled days. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for this role. You will be working independently, but will have access to our team's support and resources as needed.
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a part-time Customer Service Representative for blithequark, you can expect:
* A competitive daily rate of $150/day, with a monthly salary of $1800.
