This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Toyota vehicle owners by managing their service needs and ensuring their satisfaction. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are communicated effectively and completed in a timely manner.Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and employee discounts.Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document them - Utilize dealership and manufacturer service guidelines to determine necessary repairs and maintenance - Communicate maintenance or repair recommendations and costs to customers - Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers - Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions - Manage service technicians' schedules and ensure timely completion of repairs - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary - Inform customers of additional services or promotions offered by the dealership - Stay up-to-date on Toyota products, services, and promotions - Maintain a clean and organized service reception areaRequirements: - High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred - 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Knowledge of Toyota vehicles and their service requirements is a plus - Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time - Must have a valid driver's license - Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement: Mills Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
