Staff Product Designer, Member Experience

Design and develop innovative and user-friendly interfaces for Netflix's Member Experience team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Keep up-to-date with current design trends and techniques, and incorporate them into design processes.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of designs.
Create design guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across the platform.
Use data and insights to continuously improve and iterate on designs.
Advocate for the user by identifying and addressing pain points in the member experience.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development.
Stay informed on industry advancements and emerging technologies to bring new and innovative ideas to the team.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across all design elements.
Strive to deliver exceptional and unforgettable experiences for Netflix members through design.
Take ownership of projects and see them through from concept to launch.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the member experience on the platform.
