Hubspot Expert
The Role
We are looking for a HubSpot Admin who does more than just manage users and create forms. We need a partner to audit our current instance and ensure HubSpot is configured to support our specific business model, not just a generic template. You will be responsible for looking under the hood, identifying where our processes are misaligned, and building a system that provides a clear "source of truth" for our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
System & Logic Audit: Perform a comprehensive evaluation of our current HubSpot environment to identify where the setup is misaligned with our unique business processes.
Data Integrity: Design and implement data governance rules to ensure our reporting (ROI, Attribution, Conversion) is 100% accurate.
Workflow Optimization: Audit and streamline existing automation to reduce "noise" and ensure a seamless experience for both our team and our customers.
Internal Training: Simplify the platform for our users, creating a "clean" interface that encourages high adoption from our sales and success teams.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of HubSpot administration with a focus on Revenue Operations (RevOps).
Analytical Mindset: The ability to look at a business problem and solve it through technical architecture.
Certifications: HubSpot Sales Software and HubSpot Platform Consulting certifications are highly preferred.
