Upwork Job Post: eBay Listing Specialist (Product Research & SEO Listings) Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced eBay Listing Specialist to help us research products, prepare high-quality listings, and organize listing workflows for our eBay stores. This is long-term work for the right person. Main Responsibilities 1. Product Research Identify the exact product model using photos, labels, part numbers, or specifications Verify brand, model, compatibility, and technical details Research competitors on eBay, Amazon, and Google Ensure all information is accurate (no guessing) 2. Images Use professional images from the internet only Do NOT use owner’s photos unless explicitly instructed Optimize images for eBay (clear, correct order, no watermarks) Main image must be the most professional one 3. Titles (SEO Optimized) Create accurate, SEO-friendly titles Titles must include: Brand Model Size / key specs Buyer search keywords Use top competitor listings as reference No guessing or creative writing 4. Category Selection Choose the most accurate category Categories must match competitor listings No generic or incorrect categories 5. Item Specifics (CRITICAL REQUIREMENT) This is the most important part of the job. You must: Fill ALL available item specifics Include: Brand Model Size Material Color Compatibility Type Technical specs (HP, RPM, Voltage, Size, etc.) If a field does not apply → use “Does Not Apply” Nothing can be left blank (Previously, incomplete item specifics caused low visibility. After fixing this, conversion improved significantly.) 6. Description Use our saved eBay description template Insert: Clean professional text Key product benefits Technical details Ensure the store logo included in the template remains intact Description must look professional and structured 7. Drafts Only All listings must be saved as Drafts Store owner will publish listings manually Double-check accuracy before saving 8. Folder Structure (Mandatory) You will work with Google Drive folders such as: Photo Photo 1 Photo 2 Stuff 8 / Stuff 9 / Stuff 10 etc. Rules: Work only in the folder assigned Move completed items to “Listed” Items you cannot identify → “Need More Photos” Already listed items → “Already Listed on eBay” 9.
