**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: You'll respond to customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to resolve questions, issues, and concerns.
* **Connecting with Customers**: You'll connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns.
* **Escalating/Transferring/Completing Conference Calls**: You'll escalate, transfer, or complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more.
* **Calmly Resolving and De-escalating Issues**: You'll calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise.
* **Tracking Call-Related Information**: You'll track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing Feedback on Call Issues**: You'll provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services.
**Qualifications**

* **Bilingual Spanish/English**: You'll need to be fluent in both Spanish and English.
* **High School Diploma or GED**: You'll need a high school diploma or equivalent.
* **Age Requirement**: You must be over 18 years of age.
* **Customer Service Experience**: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience.
* **Call Center Experience**: While not required, call center experience is preferred.
* **Typing Speed**: You'll need to be able to type 25 words per minute.
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: You'll need to be comfortable using a desktop computer system.
* **Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills**: You'll need to have strong oral and written communication skills.
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to be able to think logically and solve problems effectively.
* **Availability to Work Various Shifts**: You'll need to be available to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* **Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems**: You'll need to be able to use Windows operating systems.
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: You'll need to be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
* **Ability to Work Independently**: You'll need to be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
* **Ability to Work in a Constantly Changing and Fast-Paced Environment**: You'll need to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment.
