About the Role

We are recruiting Dutch speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands in various industries such as tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats from customers
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are fluent in Dutch, have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, and have a good level of English. You should also have a strong focus on customer needs, understanding of how customers can behave, and strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills. Additionally, you should have strong written skills, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, and a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
