Registered nurse(Full-time)

$90,000.00 - $114,000.00 Salary / 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday with on call weekend rotation.

Seva Hospice is a locally owned and operated company of experienced hospice providers with a desire to serve the communities we live and work in.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team, serving Tulare and Kings counties to provide care and support to terminally ill patients.
This position is full time 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday with on call weekend rotation.

Pay: $90,000 - $114,000 per year

Requirements

Skills:
・Experience as an RN in hospice or home health preferred
・Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side-effects
・Committed to safety precautions and high ethical standards
・Proficient in reading/writing English, bilingual a plus (Spanish preferred)
・Sound judgement and attention to detail
・Excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature
・Cool-tempered and patient
・Emotional/mental stability and stamina

Additional Requirements：

・CA Registered Nurse license required
・1 year nursing experience required
・Hospice experience preferred
・Current CPR certification required
・Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance'

Job Description

In this position, you will guide patients and families through the hospice assessment and admissions processes and play a pivotal role in the educational process for patients, families and caregiver.

Your presence and services should bring comfort to the person who faces the end of their lives and help them reach acceptance and peace of mind. For this role, you need to be a registered nurse who sees the value of hospice care in alleviating pain and suffering.

A compassionate nature and excellent interpersonal skills will make you a good candidate for this position.

We expect you to be knowledgeable in caring for the terminally ill, providing expert symptom management and providing emotional support.

The goal is to help patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.
