Role Description
As the Training & Support Specialist, you will enhance the productivity and development of our clients by designing, developing, delivering, and assessing training and development programs related to our scheduling and labor management software.
• Assess client training needs and facilitate trainings to ensure clients can effectively use our workforce technology platforms.
• Positively impact labor expense through effective training.
• Responsible for ongoing client training and support.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in senior living operations, preferably in scheduling.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards related to staffing and scheduling.
• Experience working with scheduling software or labor management systems is highly desirable.
• Proven success in a multi-client facing role.
• Prior start-up experience preferred.
