[Remote] ServiceNow Developer – API & Workflow Automation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Heitmeyer Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to expand ServiceNow's capabilities for Treasury Management commercial onboarding services. The role involves designing and customizing ServiceNow workflows, implementing REST API integrations, and automating processes using native platform tools. Responsibilities • Build and customize ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and configurations using CSM and FSO tables • Implement REST Integrations including design and manage REST API calls to connect ServiceNow with external systems • Experience automating processes within ServiceNow using native platform capabilities (e.g., Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, etc.) • Develop Automated Test Framework suites as part of the Definition of Done for quality assurance • Work closely with product managers and BSAs to translate requirements into technical solutions Skills • Experience building and customizing workflows, integrations, and configurations within the ServiceNow platform (FSO and CSM modules) • REST API Integration skills and ability to design and implement REST API calls • Experience automating processes within ServiceNow and creating Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases • Commercial Banking Domain Knowledge. Familiarity with onboarding commercial services, wire setups, and account opening processes to understand business context • Knowledge of Bottomline systems and APIs for automating treasury and payment services is a major plus Company Overview • Heitmeyer Consulting is providing professional staffing,consulting and solutions to all industries including financial services,health care.
