Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide great customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant feeling satisfied and valued. Your duties will include taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

  • Taking orders in the drive-thru and processing payments efficiently
  • Assembling orders and delivering food to customers in a timely and friendly manner
  • Cleaning the dining room, including tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working effectively as part of a team, assisting other team members in completion of tasks and assignments
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a fast pace in a dynamic environment

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will need to possess certain essential qualifications and skills. These include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop, and ascend or descend stairs
  • Ability to reach and grasp objects, including above head and below waistline
  • Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time and work effectively in a team environment
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide all customers with quick and friendly service, working together as a team to ensure continuity of service

Preferred Qualifications

While previous experience in a customer-facing role is not required, it is preferred. If you have experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier, or any other restaurant or service-oriented role, we encourage you to apply.
