Motion Animator / Motion Designer (After Effects)
We’re looking for a motion animator experienced with After Effects to help produce short-form animation videos for a digital project.
This is a practical, execution-focused role. You’ll receive direction, text, audio references, and feedback, and you’ll be responsible for turning those inputs into clear, engaging animation.
What you’ll be doing:
Animating short segments (not long videos end-to-end).
Working primarily with text, motion, timing, and edits.
Applying feedback and iterating efficiently.
Delivering organized, editable After Effects files.
This role is a good fit if you:
Have experience with motion graphics or 2D animation.
Use After Effects confidently as a primary tool.
Are comfortable working from direction rather than full storyboards.
Can manage timing, pacing, and visual clarity.
Are reliable with deadlines and communication.
This role is not focused on:
3D animation.
Illustration-only work.
Long-form narrative or cinematic storytelling.
Requirements:
After Effects experience (professional or equivalent).
Ability to work independently once direction is given.
Openness to feedback and iteration.
