Job Description The Full Stack Developer codes software applications based on business requirements. The full stack developer’s work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. They standardize the quality assurance procedure for software, oversee testing and debugging, and develop fixes. They research complaints and make necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software‑related issues, requiring an understanding of department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives. They make decisions regarding their own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction while receiving guidance where needed. They follow established guidelines and procedures. Front End Frameworks & Libraries • React, React Native, Next.js • Angular (modern Angular), Angular JS (Angular.js) • Vue.js, Nuxt.js • Ionic, jQuery, Bootstrap • RxJS, Ng Rx • Knockout.js (referenced in legacy migration) Back End & Server Side • Node.js, Express.js, NestJS • Java, Spring Boot • NET, Blazor • Flask (Python), Laravel, Code Igniter, CakePHP (PHP) • Graph QL, REST, Web Sockets • JSP • Microservices (architecture) Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in systems analysis or application programming development. • 6+ years of experience in front‑end development using Angular, Type Script, HTML5, and CSS. • 5+ years of experience building robust back‑end services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot/Java. • 4+ years of experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, MySQL) and/or No SQL databases. • 4+ years of experience with version control systems, such as Git. • 5+ years of experience contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s Degree in a related field. • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
