About the Role

We're looking for a talented developer who can design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within SailPoint. As an expert in IAM solutions, you'll work with international-class software and platform groups to integrate packages and design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your experience in installation management, troubleshooting, and SailPoint implementation will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within SailPoint
• Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Develop and customize software integrations using WebServices, RestAPI, SCIM API connectors, and Provisioning rules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of IAM solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IAM solutions in an enterprise environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong exposure to identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
• Experience with trade deployment/release management
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong mindset

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area
• 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company
• Experience with SailPoint implementation, IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
