Job Purpose and Responsibilities

The primary objective of this role is to provide world-class customer service to our diverse customer base, including subscribers, caregivers, payers, programs, installers, and referral sources, as well as internal arenaflex departments. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service in a compassionate, thorough, quality, efficient, and productive manner.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to phone, mail, electronic, and fax inquiries, requests, compliments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring that problems are fully resolved to the customer's satisfaction, and providing regular updates on progress.
  • Conduct administrative, phone support, and data processing tasks as required, supporting the full range of arenaflex's service offerings.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting expertise to customers regarding arenaflex's equipment, resolving technical issues and providing guidance on product usage.
  • Actively sell arenaflex services or resell services to customers who are canceling, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the core responsibilities, you may be required to provide back-up phone support to the Call Center as requested, ensuring that our customers receive seamless support and assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication skills, including excellent grammar, spelling, and telephone etiquette.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute, with proficiency in Windows applications, particularly Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required, with bilingual skills being a plus.
  • Texas licensure may be required for certain sites, and Level II certification as a Monitoring Service monitor is desirable but not essential.
