Remote Accounting Manager – AI Trainer

We are looking for an accounting professional to join our team to train AI models. In this role, you will evaluate AI chatbot responses, assess their reasoning and logic, and solve complex problems to help improve overall model quality. In this role, you will need expert-level financial reasoning skills. A bachelor’s degree is required, and a completed or in-progress master’s or PhD is preferred. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to, financial accounting, investment banking, wealth management, and insurance planning. Benefits • Fully remote position • Flexible workload with the ability to choose which projects you work on • Work on your own schedule • Projects are paid hourly at $50 to $60 USD per hour, with opportunities for bonuses based on high-quality and high-volume work Responsibilities • Provide AI chatbots with diverse, complex financial problems • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reasoning quality, and performance Qualifications • Fluency in English (native or bilingual proficiency) • Strong attention to detail • Proficiency in accounting, financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other finance-related reasoning tasks • A completed, in-progress, or current master’s and/or PhD is preferred but not required Note: Payment is made via PayPal.
