As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in overseeing daily office operations, managing service appointments, and providing top-notch customer service to our clients and their customers. **Responsibilities** As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for: * Overseeing daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing service appointments with precision and attention to detail. * Coordinating and scheduling technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring seamless communication and efficient dispatching. * Serving as the point of contact for customer inquiries, appointments, and complaints, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly. * Organizing documents, invoices, and client records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. * Processing customer payments and following up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely and efficient financial management. * Assisting in the setup and implementation of ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software, staying up-to-date with industry-leading tools and technologies. * Contributing to additional tasks to support the company's growth, embracing a growth mindset and adapting to changing priorities. **Minimum Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience in scheduling or dispatching, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities. * Familiarity with the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services industry, with a strong understanding of industry terminology, processes, and materials. * Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack, with experience in cloud-based CRM systems (Jobber, HouseCall Pro, SingleOps, etc.). * Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and communication skills. * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. **TECH REQUIREMENTS** To ensure seamless remote work, you'll need: * A desktop or laptop with a webcam, speakers, and a second monitor. * A Windows or Mac-based operating system. * 8GB RAM or more. * Supportable internet speeds and a router easily accessible from your workspace. **Position Details** As a full-time, remote employee, you'll enjoy: * A Monday-to-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm EST. * A dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for growth and professional development. * A competitive compensation package, including benefits and perks. * A chance to make a real difference in the lives of people in the trades. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a work environment that's both challenging and rewarding.
