People and Culture Business Partner
A company is looking for a People and Culture Business Partner to shape and execute HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive performance through the development and delivery of people solutions aligned with growth strategies
• Analyze turnover data and engagement surveys to make recommendations for leadership and managers
• Support M&A activities, manage team member issues, and lead change programs impacting critical functions
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the technology or high-growth sector
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
• Comprehensive understanding of current US HR legislation and employment standards
• Strong business acumen and experience with HR technology implementations
