<ul><li>Participate in regulatory exams, Internal Audits, 2nd line of defense reviews, PCI exam, etc. </li><li>Proactive preparation prior to exam starts: Lead risk assessment to identify, evaluate and prioritize risk treatment. </li><li>Facilitate requests and/or walk thru presentations. </li><li>Provide status of exam. </li><li>Assist in and facilitate report issue and action plan drafting, as required. </li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies. </li><li>Lead first line surveillance to ensure control compliance. </li><li>Provide issue status and reporting to senior leaders. Drive issue/action quality and timely completion with Issue/Action Owners, including documentation. </li><li>Collaborate with process owners to assess risks and controls as part of the RCSA process, and identify any gaps in process, risk, and control documentation. </li><li>Continuously evaluate and enhance governance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Desired Characteristics:</li><li>Strong leadership and team facilitation skills. </li><li>Understanding of governance and compliance principles. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. </li><li>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>
