[Remote] Remote Customer Success Benefit Team Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AO Globe Life is seeking motivated, service-oriented professionals to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will work directly with veterans, union members, and their families, helping them secure life insurance and accidental benefit coverage that protects their financial future and legacy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess members’ insurance needs
- Recommend supplemental life and accidental benefit options aligned with individual goals
- Guide members through the application and enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Provide ongoing support, including policy reviews, updates, and claims assistance
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company standards
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed
- Comfortable using technology and working in a remote environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a structured schedule
- Must be eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (assistance provided)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required
