Technical Writer (Junior Consultant)
About the position
The Technical Writer supports development of clear, standardized documentation to enable consistent execution, governance, and sustainment of CPIC, PMO, and automation processes.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, guides, checklists, and templates
• Draft and refine governance-ready and executive-facing narratives, summaries, and briefing materials
• Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, accessible, and aligned with client standards
• Support knowledge transfer, transition documentation, and sustainment activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of technical writing experience
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
