Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our Operations and Customer Center (OCC) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our 24/7 operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with aviation experts to utilize data and solve operational business challenges
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Assisting in the development of applications and efficiencies to reduce workload for the frontline team
  • Researching and developing strategies to determine safe and conservative fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and enhance payload forecasting
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders

Teams You Could Be Assigned To

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you could be assigned to one of the following teams:

  • Load Control Center: responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications
  • Fuel Strategy: responsible for developing strategy, tools, and sustainability policy for $14 billion in annual stream fuel consumed by the airline

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM schedule
  • Enrolled with an educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
  • Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in team and individual settings
  • Commitment to safety and security, of self and others, as the top priority
  • Embracing diversity, thinking, and styles

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Familiarity or experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of airline operations, scheduling, and planning
  • History of seeking leadership positions, including student and community associations
  • Passion for a future career in the aviation industry and serving arenaflex's customers
