SEO Specialist (Full-Time – Remote)

Summary We are looking for a full-time SEO Specialist to help us deliver SEO services for multiple client projects. We are a fast-growing SEO & GEO agency, working with international clients (SaaS, B2B, and local businesses). This is a long-term, full-time position, with a strong operational role on real client accounts. Your Mission You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of SEO across several client projects. SEO & GEO Keyword and prompt research (SEO, AEO / GEO) SERP and competitor analysis Content opportunity analysis Building content clusters and editorial plans ✍️ Content & On-Page Optimization Writing or supervising SEO content (English & French) On-page optimization (titles, meta tags, H1–H3, internal linking) Improving and enriching existing content Updating pages to improve rankings Growth & Lead Generation Creating SEO landing pages Building lead magnets (guides, tools, pages, quizzes, etc.) Conversion-oriented acquisition pages Link Building & Backlinks Identifying partner websites for backlinks Outreach and link prospecting Backlink profile analysis Identifying backlink gaps vs competitors Managing link-building campaigns Tracking & Reporting Google Search Console Ahrefs (or similar tools) Tracking rankings, traffic, and backlinks Reporting insights and recommendations Profile Required You are not a beginner and have already worked on multiple SEO projects.
