• Reporting maintenance and damage issues to operations via Operto Teams, with a focus on ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
• Reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement, with a focus on minimizing losses and ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently
• Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor, with a focus on ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Assisting with the onboarding of accounting systems, with a working knowledge of business financials and accounting principles
• Developing and maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors, with a focus on ensuring that all vendor relationships are managed efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak clearly on the phone and use a VoIP to communicate with guests and vendors

• Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones, with perfect English and grammar
