Job Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Call Center and Customer Service Representative to work remotely and provide top-notch support to our customers. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that offers a competitive pay rate of $16 per hour on W2. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you must be available to work a schedule of 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
• Recording customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
• Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
• Performing data entry accurately
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
• Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures
• Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
