Trust & Estates Litigation Associate (5+ years)

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Family Wealth Resolution & Disputes Practice Group, focusing on trust and estate litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of civil litigation experience and a strong interest in handling matters related to trusts and estates. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned partner in a collaborative environment, gaining deep subject matter expertise while mentoring junior attorneys. The position is hybrid and based out of San Francisco, Sacramento, San Rafael, or Walnut Creek. Responsibilities • Manage litigation matters involving trusts and estates • Draft legal documents and pleadings • Participate in dispute resolution processes • Provide legal counsel to clients on trust and probate issues • Collaborate with senior attorneys and mentor junior associates • Handle multiple matters simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines Required Qualifications • Previous law firm experience required; Am Law 200, leading regional, or major boutique firm experience preferred • Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience • Strong writing and analytical skills • Ability to manage complex cases and client relationships • Excellent organizational and time management abilities Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in trust and probate litigation • Familiarity with fiduciary duties and estate administration • Experience mentoring junior attorneys Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
